Charles Pears is an award winning writer-director from Yorkshire, England.
Charles’ most recent short film ‘Tenebrous’ was recognised by The Academy, and listed as a semi-finalist at the 49th Annual Student Academy Awards® in L.A. It was the only film from outside North and South America in its category.
It also went on to win 'Best Drama' at the Royal Television Society Awards (Yorkshire Student).
A graduate of the Northern Film School, Charles is currently in post-production with his latest short, and is actively building a slate of upcoming work - both short and long form.
